70% Alcohol
Hand Sanitizer
A product of a secondary alcohol, glucitol, and water that exhibits increased efficacy as a disinfectant used to decrease infectious agents on the hands. A balanced formulation with limited drying out of the skin.
Application:
It is generally more effective at killing micro-organisms on the skin than soap and water, however, hand sanitizers are not cleaning agents and are not meant as a replacement for soap and water, but as a complementary habit. Sanitizers are most effective when used in conjunction with diligent hand-washing.
To use this liquid disinfectant effectively spray liberally over the palms and rub hands together. Leave to dry do not wipe off.
